Saimen Bearth. Craftsman logic, digital output.

Saimen Bearth, portrait

Background

Carpenter · Construction · Barkeeper. Years on the site and behind the bar — zero tolerance for wasted moves.

Geography

Basel (Switzerland) ↔ Nairobi (Kenya). Double base, one operation. The phone works the same in both places.

Device stack

Android-only — a Samsung S20 FE. No laptop, no studio. Proof that gear is not the constraint.

AI stack

Perplexity, HeyGen, CapCut, Genspark — rotated monthly. The best tool for the step at hand.

My name is Saimen Bearth. I'm 35, I live between Basel and Kenya, and I run this entire build from a single Android phone.

My background is physical: carpenter, construction worker, barkeeper. I spent years building things with my hands — structures that had to stand, systems that had to function, rooms people actually used. That discipline doesn't come off when you go digital.

BEARTH is not a rebrand of me as a coach or content creator. It's the direct translation of craftsman logic into a digital operation. Same principles — measure twice, cut once, build for load, ship when it holds. Different material: AI tools, video, Gumroad, email.

Every day I look for one structural signal in AI, automation or remote work, translate it into a briefing, wrap it into a $49 product and publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the BEARTH Vault. No team. No venture capital. No calls, no coaching packages. The operator stays in the workshop — the output ships itself.

The goal: a compounding operation that grows with every drop — built on Android, run with craftsman precision, sound for decades.

06.1Working principles

Seven rules that run the operation.

01

One signal, one step

No multitasking across five sites. One AI signal a day, fully executed — then the next.

02

The phone is enough

Whatever can't be done from the Android phone gets cut. The constraint is the feature.

03

Ship before noon

The drop is out before lunch. Deadlines with yourself are non-negotiable.

04

Everything compounds

Every drop lands in the Vault, every email grows the list. Nothing is used only once.

05

No coach talk

No nine-step frameworks, no motivational content. Information density first, always.

06

Basel ↔ Nairobi

Two anchors, one identity. Grounded in craft, open to wherever the signal leads.

07

Build for decades

No sprint. Every system is built to still run in ten years without supervision.

06.2Brand system

One brand. Five arms.

BEARTH is the umbrella brand. Five arms share one identity, one voice and one color system — every color is extracted directly from the real logo files. Only one arm is live right now: BEARTH SIGNAL. The rest open on schedule.

The way into the workshop.

The fastest way to follow the build is the daily signal. Email is the only channel that survives every platform change.

One email a day. No spam, no coaching offers. Just the signal and the drop.
